This agreement covers the following
DELIVERY (LOGISTICS)
REFUND
RETURN
EXCHANGE.

DELIVERY:
SAME DAY DELIVERY Starts from 1000 Naira to 3000 Naira depending on your location and it’s for customers who pay for their order on or before 1pm. Same day delivery is for customers who live in Lagos ONLY.
ORDINARY DELIVERY within Lagos Takes 2 to 4 working days excluding weekends with a flat rate of 850 naira to 1500 naira depending on the area in Lagos which include places like Ikorodu, Ajah, Badore, Badagry.
ORDINARY DELIVERY OUTSIDE LAGOS
DOORSTEP : To main city is 2500 naira while
DOORSTEP: To villages and outskirt is 3500 naira.
Please note that ordinary delivery outside Lagos takes 3 to 5 working days excluding weekends.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Takes 2 to 7 working days excluding weekends. All our international deliveries are done with DHL.

REFUND:
Items are subject to a refund
if the customer pays for a product and the product is no longer available the customer will be refunded within 24 hours.
Cash refund is done within 24hours and 7days of report. Failure from customer to send refund details within this time frame will ultimately nullify the refund.

EXCHANGE:
If the obidiya brand receives the item/s within:

TIMELINE
3 business days from date of delivery for orders placed within Lagos.
5 business days from date of delivery for orders placed within Nigeria but outside Lagos
10 business days from the date of delivery for orders shipped outside Lagos
The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for a refund. Please note there are no exceptions to this rule.

CHARGES
The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item/s back to the obidiya brand. For customers within lagos we are able to offer a pickup service at a cost. The pickup cost is the same cost of the initial shipping or you bring it back to us by yourself to the obidiya head office.
The obidiya brand covers the delivery back to you if the fault which could be due to damage of product on arrival

PRODUCT CONDITION
All items must be received unworn, undamaged, free from blemishes and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange
In the case we is receive damaged item, a refund or exchange will not be possible regardless of circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with resending it back to them
In case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required
A picture of the product or item/s are sent to you before shipment but if the item/s gets to you already damaged the obidiya brand will be responsible for 50% of the delivery fee back to us for repair or exchange.
RETURN:
After purchase of any of our product and a client chooses to return product, below are the terms and conditions.
If product is not damaged but customer chooses to return the product, customer will pay an extra thirty percent (30%) of original cost of product within 7 business days. After 7 days, customer pays extra 80% of original price product or item/s was purchased.
Earrings if not damaged when received cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
More so, for a swift and seamless process, kindly ensure that your return meets the above terms and conditions.
